Step-by-step preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Mix dry ingredients
Combine oat flour, flaxseed and collagen powder.
Step 3
Add wet ingredients
Add mashed banana, coconut milk and coconut oil. Mix until smooth and slightly thick.
Step 4
Fill molds
Place mixture into silicone bone molds and press evenly.
Step 5
Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes until firm. Allow to cool before removing from molds.
