Step-by-step preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Combine dry ingredients
Mix oat flour, flaxseed and collagen powder.
Step 3
Add wet ingredients
Add pumpkin puree, kefir and coconut oil. Mix until a thick batter forms.
Step 4
Fill molds
Press mixture into silicone bone molds.
Step 5
Bake
Bake for 18–22 minutes until firm. Cool completely before removing from molds.
